Education and Training

The aim of this course is to build on the skills and knowledge gained through the Surf Rescue Certificate (SRC), further developing participants’ patrolling and surf awareness capabilities.

As part of the transition program, candidates will also complete a First Aid course and an Advanced Resuscitation course within the training timetable.

This is an accelerated course and requires a minimum of 10 hours of patrol experience, current proficiency, and completion of the Bronze Medallion pre-requisites as outlined on our website.
